Responsibilities Include: Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient, organised, and productive work environment. Client & Team Support: Act as a main point of contact, liaising with clients and providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams. Diary & Appointment Management: Coordinate and manage team schedules, appointments, and client meetings. Document Handling: Prepare, organise, and manage essential documents, including contracts and property marketing materials. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of properties, client communications, and transaction details using our CRM system. Financial Administration: Handle basic invoicing, payments, and other financial processes in collaboration with our finance team. Key Requirements: Proven experience in an estate agency and ideally, in an administrative role Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
