Job description
Job responsibilities
Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a car for work. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010.
The service operates 7 days per week, 8am to Full or part time (minimum hours) roles are available. Annualised hours contracts will be considered.

19. Registered General Nurse (adult).
20. Educated to degree level or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
21. Knowledge around long term conditions and their management.
22. Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Desirable
23. Previous Community Services experience.
Technical expertise/competence
Essential
24. Demonstrates an understanding of local and national issues influencing the delivery and development of health care.
25. Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of evidence based care.
26. Demonstrates an understanding of the Clinical Governance requirements.
