Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) are looking for a competent, compassionate, and highly motivated Team Leader with extensive business operations experience to lead and manage a team of Occupational Health Administrators.

As an Administrator Team Lead, you will be responsible for the smooth running of Spire OH's Administrative team, supporting the day-to-day operations through you own expert admin knowledge and leadership of Spire OH colleagues.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous management experience (1 - 2 years).
* Experience and knowledge of administrative capacity and capabilities.
* Excellent Customer Service Skills.
* Superb communication skills.
* Highly IT proficient.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will line manage members of the Spire OH Administrative team.
* Ensure the Admin Team is performing to a high-quality.
* Support the Operations Lead with reporting of SLA's and KPI's of the Admin team.
* Carry out regular 1:2:1's and Quarterly Enabling Excellence Reviews with each team member, identify individuals looking to progress and agree areas for personal development.
* Set SMART objectives motivating and encouraging positive behaviours y setting targets.
* Managing poor performance individually and across the team when needed.
* Identify any training requirements and development needs and work with the HR team to ensure that required training is provided.
* Lead on the recruitment of new administration colleagues as required.
* Train new starters and provide others joining the business with an overview of the admin team processes and procedures.
* Management of complaints. Ensuring that any issues are escalated.
* Support the Operations Lead with team roster, clinical diaries, and workforce planning.
* Regularly review Spire OH Administration systems and processes looking for efficiencies and suggest improved ways of working.
* Support with training on booking systems and offer advice on improvements.
* Any additional ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the success of the wider Spire OH team.
