There is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for improving and developing mental health and wellbeing support for the residents of York. As a Community Mental Health Project Manager, you will take a lead on the development and implementation of key transformation projects and workstreams as part of the Connecting our City project, to deliver a new community approach to mental health in the City of York. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders ensuring the project is delivered with co-production at its core. In this role you will monitor, report, evaluate and present project plans on a local and national basis, ensuring partners and stakeholders are proactively engaged.
