Our client, a global blue-chip company, is looking for Application Consultant - Adobe Campaign who will operate in a fast moving and challenging environment within an international team of experienced best in class professionals building, testing and launching our multi-channel marketing campaigns using the Adobe Campaign platform
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Responsible for configuring Adobe Campaign in order to reflect to the platform the demands from client.
(2) Configuration includes: database revision, application re-configuration, custom report format creation.
(3) Create and optimize advanced campaign and technical workflows ensuring the industry best practices are always met.
(4) Collaborate with campaign operations manager, campaign manager and provide guidance for alternatives with regards to Adobe Campaign.
(5) Communicate task timelines post the request has been allocated.
(6) Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, internal and external to ensure the committed timelines are met.
(7) Work collaboratively across multiple customer Subsidiaries, maintaining a high level of knowledge of specific local market data, segmentation and requirements.
(8) Train, guide, and share knowledge across the Campaign Specialist and Application Consultant roles across the wider team.
(9) Articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience of senior technical and business executives.
(10) Support the Development team with Projects, when required and able.
[Requirements]
(1) Minimum 3 years of hands on Adobe Campaign experience(implementation/maintenance)
(2) Experience with both platform and marketing campaigns configuration
(3) Good knowledge in optimization techniques of application and handling big amount of data, marketing automation, segmentation and workflows
(4) Experience with XML, JavaScript and SQL
(5) Excellent written and verbal communication (clear, accurate, complete, actionable)
(6) Proactive, independent, responsible attitude
(7) Must be able to commute to Chertsey regularly
[Conditions]
(1) Job type: full-time & 1 year contract (subject to be extended)
(2) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(3) Hybrid working: 2 days work from home after 3 month probation
(4) Hours of work: 9am~5:30pm & Mon~Fri
(5) Annual basic salary: 55K
(6) Performance based bonus, pension( up to 8.5% employer ), life assurance, medical insurance, etc.
(7) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
