What the Job Involves This role requires developing and implementing project management strategies that align with government strategic goals. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and buy-in, provide guidance and training to project teams, and facilitate workshops. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, you ensure transparency and accountability while providing regular updates to senior leadership. The role emphasizes continuous improvement in project management processes, drawing insights from completed projects for future endeavors. You will be adaptable in service planning, identifying cost-effective improvements, and engaging with internal and external partners.
