The Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and increase engagement.
You will play a key role in optimising paid ads, SEO, and email marketing while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This position also offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and support their development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across paid ads, SEO, email (Mailchimp), and social media.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
3. Drive brand awareness and audience engagement through compelling content and targeted campaigns.
4. Analyse marketing performance, optimise strategies, and provide regular insights.
5. Oversee copywriting efforts, ensuring content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging.
6. Mentor junior team members and contribute to leadership within the marketing function.
