Main Responsibilities as a Scrum Master
Playing a pivotal role in driving a forward-thinking company, the Scrum Master will act as a catalyst for cultural change, championing the value of technology in achieving goals.
This role will ensure our systems are designed to enhance the grant application process, delivering an exceptional user experience for both applicants and team members.
Alongside core responsibilities, the Scrum Master will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed agile principles and ensure the successful delivery of key projects. Leading Agile development practices, coaching the Technology development team to excel in sprint
planning and delivery.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Skilled in optimising Scrum practices and driving Agile adoption.
* Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence to manage workflows, enhance collaboration, and monitor progress using Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
* Project Delivery & Collaboration: Demonstrated success in delivering projects using Agile methodologies, working cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes.
* Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and facilitation skills to inspire teams, foster productive discussions, and drive decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, ensuring clarity and alignment at all levels.
* Technical & CRM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power BI, along with a proven track record in delivering impactful CRM projects and managing software delivery lifecycles.
* Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Skilled in identifying challenges, implementing solutions, and driving continuous improvement. Adept at managing multiple priorities, adapting to change, and mentoring teams to promote self-organisation and growth.
