Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic continence team on a fixed term basis until the end of December 2025 however there may be opportunity for this to become a permanent role. The support worker role will involve the use of your own car to visit patients in their own homes and care homes providing a high standard of continence care. Main duties of the job The main duties of the role will be providing support to the specialist nursing team to provide a high quality of continence care to our patients. The role will involve performing bladder scans, obtaining samples, providing advice around continence wear and supporting the specialist nursing team with assessments. There may be some clinic working as well as visiting patients in their own homes. The service strive to provide excellent continence care for all patients and this role will assist with this.
