Responsibilities
* Strategically plan and drive sales across 3 retailer websites to achieve ambitious growth targets
* Work closely with National Accounts and Marketing teams to ensure 360 communications and alignment of in-store and online activity and strategy
* Deliver short to long term ecomm growth strategies per account that identifies opportunities per key pillar categories
* Track and analyse performance at a granular level; Create and circulate detailed reports to all stakeholders, reviewing performance and outlining future actions/strategy based on results
* Forecast & monitor short to long term retail position vs. last year and target identifying and addressing any areas of risk and opportunity
* Organise regular strategy meetings to deliver vision and objectives for upcoming periods per account
* Work with Marketing team to strategically plan promotional kits and samples and secure strong and bespoke product portfolios for all accounts
* Analyse the performance of kits and samples to enable future planning/forecasting
* Work closely with Operations and Marketing team to ensure accuracy in pricing, portfolio and product details across all accounts
* Liaise with Operations team to ensure sufficient stock holding across your accounts
* Develop and produce all year around content plan to support all retailer sites and channels to promote launches, key focuses and evergreen content
* Continuously monitor & optimise merchandising of all Benefit products across all accounts
* Direct regular full site audits to ensure all brand assets and product listings are correct and brand aligned
* Organise and plan recurring meetings per account to develop relationships
* Drive in-depth reporting and analysis of all etail activity
* Management and development of direct reports.
Qualifications
* 4+ years' experience in a results-driven ecommerce environment
* Extremely strong commercial drive and understanding with a proven track record of delivering ambitious online targets
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Etail landscape
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Understanding of the beauty and/or fashion industry
* Passion for the beauty industry
