The Healthcare Support Worker role is varied and busy as you will be working a variety of shifts including long days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Working as a Healthcare Support Worker is a vital role within the team and if you’re positive, caring and have a can-do attitude – we want you to join us.
It is essential that within your application you are able to demonstrate an understanding of the role and responsibilities, able to prove how you develop and maintain positive working relationships, along with evidencing how you would demonstrate our Trust values.
You must be a minimum of 18 years old to apply for the role and be willing to work a minimum of 23 hours per week. You must be able to commit to the standard shift pattern for this role which includes long days, nights, weekend and bank holidays.

We will be holding anin-person HCSW Interview Day on Friday 17th January 2025 at The Education Centre, The Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester. The event will include a presentation, talks from our clinical staff and a face-to-face interview. The session will start at 9am and finish at around lunchtime.No further interview dates are available and you must be able to attend in person.
