Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring all pupils make progress. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports and challenges students. Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a respectful learning atmosphere. Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children’s learning and development. Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s values and ethos. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience. A passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
