Here at Chubb (part of the APi Group) we are expanding our global strategy & development team. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Development in Staines on a permanent, full time basis. This is a global role reporting into the VP of Strategy & Development. You will be responsible for supporting the setting and execution of the strategic goals of the organisation.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of at home and office working. You will be required to travel on occasion.

SALARY: £85K - £95K per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
Strategy
13. Identify trends in the marketplace and monitor competitive landscape to determine impact to the organisation’s strategic roadmap and uncover opportunities for innovation and growth
14. Leverage strategic relationships with customers, competitors, suppliers, and professional organisations
15. Evaluate internal and external strategic issues which could affect growth
Corporate Strategic Planning Process
16. Partner and support in the development, management and execution of the strategic planning process, partnering across the organisation to deliver the long term strategic plans
Strategic Projects Execution
17. Work alongside the business units and other functions to enable and ensure the success of major growth initiatives
18. Own and drive the execution of selective strategic projects
M&A
19. Identify and build a pipeline of M&A opportunities in collaboration with the business units and aligned to the strategy
Stakeholder Engagement:
20. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including department heads, managers, and employees, fostering collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
What we would like you to bring to the role:
21. Considerable work experience acquired at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in an internal strategy department for a high growth organisation
22. Undergraduate degree with a focus in Finance or Commerce. Attainment of a MBA, CFA, CBV or ACA is desirable
23. A successful track record in evaluating business and/or major capital initiatives that have had a high impact on a high growth company
24. Proven ability to analyse, evaluate and make recommendations on strategic questions and draw conclusions from large and/or complex data sources
25. Proven ability to partner with other functions/business leaders on complex problems and business issues
26. The ability to influence and guide stakeholders
