Teaching Personnel are working with a secondary school, located in Littlehampton, West Sussex, seeking a teacher of science to join the department as soon as possible.
The school serves students aged 11 to 19 and emphasises high-quality learning and pastoral care, fostering a calm and orderly environment where students feel safe. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, including sports, music, and various clubs, which contribute to the students' personal development. The school is well-regarded for its inclusive environment, particularly its support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) through a dedicated centre. The school was graded ‘GOOD’ in all areas during Ofsted’s most recent inspection of October 2022.
The role:
The school are seeking a teacher of science to join the department from 17th March or as soon as possible, required until Easter but most likely until July 2025. The appointed teacher would be teaching KS3 and KS4 science and take on the responsibility of planning and marking.

3. Specialising in Biology, Chemistry or Physics with the ability to teach all science across KS3 and KS4.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
