We are looking for a well seasoned marketeer to join a viral skincare brand, dominating the market with their stance in the market they really are at the forefront of the social media game. Having been published in the likes of Vogue, ELLE, Grazia, METRO and features across ITV and BBC they really leading the industry and their market. What you will be doing day to day: Managing the day to day brand image across all socials, branding and campaigns. Driving the brand through social media, directing the content and strategy across TikTok, TikTok Lives and Instagram. Full end to end creative direction and ownership of all campaigns from ideation to execution and delivery. Working closely with the General Manager and CEO on NPD ideas and future projects that align with the brands image and direction. Community management across all social media platforms, building a strong cult following through new and creative strategies. Managing 2 content creators supporting them with their day to day direction of content. Overseeing the influencer marketing manager, collaborating with ideas and strategy for new campaigns and to ensure best practices. Full Management and ownership of the campaign calendar. About you: 4 - 6yrs experience within social media / marketing in the beauty industry. Highly analytical and data driven to ensure development and best practices are put forwards to ensure high performance across the brand. A proactive approach to the day to day tasks with a problem solving attitude. A natural passion for all things beauty and social media focused, staying ahead of fresh trends and ideas. The role is office based in central Manchester, there is onsite parking and within 10/15 minutes walking distance from all major transport.
