Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools | Caerphilly
Location: Caerphilly
Pay: £100–£115 per day
Days/Hours: 6.5 hours per day / Monday to Friday with no weekends!

Join Teaching Personnel as a Cover Supervisor and gain valuable classroom experience in Caerphilly secondary schools. This is an exciting opportunity to support students aged 11–18, delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

About the Role:
* Supervise and engage pupils during short-term teacher absences
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
* Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure pupils stay on task
* Support students with additional learning needs
* Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment
* Provide feedback to school staff on student progress or incidents
