Rate: £11.44 per hour, £50 per sleep-in - plus enhanced overtime rate
Overall purpose: To provide effective support to enable people with a learning and/or physical disability to live their lives to the full.
Due to the current demands on the service, we require a FEMALE Personal Support Assistant.
You must have a full UK Driving License for this role.

You will deliver practical, physical, social, and emotional support to individuals. Provide an excellent level of support and care, taking time to listen to, understand, and ensure the people we support remain the focus of your work at all times.
You would need to be outgoing, kind, caring, and have a reliable nature and a great sense of humour. It is essential you hold a UK Manual driving license for this position.
We offer a full training programme and the opportunity to work towards a Level 2 qualification to ensure you are confident in your position as a Support Worker, whether you are new to care or experienced. All members of our team support with outdoor activities, cooking, social events, and intimate personal care.
The contracts available are a fair mix of days and evenings, with an expectation to work alternate weekends.
