This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Administrator located in Renfrew. The Customer Care Administrator will handle day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support and supporting the Customer Care Manager. The Administrator will also be responsible for addressing and resolving client issues promptly and efficiently. The role will also require additional admin duties as required within the department.

* Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work on-site in Renfrew
* Experience in the construction industry is a plus
