As a Quality Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout our aeronautical engineering processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to implement and uphold quality management systems, track key performance indicators, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established quality procedures and documentation.
* Manage and control all quality-related documentation, including procedures, specifications, and records.
* Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel.
* Locate, organize, scan, and upload records/documents/logs, and manage paper record filing.
* Work closely with the procurement team to administer supplier information.
* Provide training on quality procedures and processes to relevant staff.
* Support continuous learning and development initiatives related to quality improvement.
* Implement supplier quality management processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality components.
* Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to establish and maintain quality control records during design, manufacturing, and testing processes.

Requirements
Essential
* Proven experience in administration (1 year) preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
* Proficient in Excel and Microsoft and able to produce KPI reports and data analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
* 5 GCSEs (Inc. Maths & English).
Desirable
* In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001).
