About You Supporting Children and Young Adults is both rewarding and challenging with the commitment to emotional health and wellbeing at its heart. Applicants must also have a minimum of 12 months experience within Children's support settings excellent written and verbal communication skills the ability to engage positively with young people as a good role model whilst recognising professional boundaries experience of individual support planning and establishing strong therapeutic relationships as part of multidisciplinary teams a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle About Us Not Specified
