About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our client's team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the food operation, working closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and serving meals;
2. Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment;
3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment;
4. Develop and implement new recipes and menus;
5. Train and supervise junior staff members;
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior kitchen role;
* A proven track record of leadership and management;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* An Enhanced DBS check; and
* Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
