Salary – up to £24,000 dependent on experience
Here at Serco, we are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team. You will provide HR guidance for all administrative queries via telephone and email covering all aspects of the restructuring life cycle and people management processes in line with Service Level Agreements and Business Rules. You will deliver the scheduling of individual consultation meetings in line with employee rosters and business availability and process documentation for filing.
You will have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with customers and maintain high levels of customer service while ensuring SLAs are met.
As part of this you’ll:
* Clarify the needs of our customers by answering inquiries, educating, and bringing to resolution at the earliest point of intervention within agreed service level agreements and business rules via telephone and email.
* Work with sensitive data in line with data protection legislation and support with GDPR requests from the point of receipt to the collation of required information working closely with internal teams and the business.
* Provide excellent customer service on all administrative guidance on transactional and HR related queries.
* Demonstrate a high level of empathy and patience using the customer first approach.
* Make outbound contact with employees to assist in resolution of queries or restructuring activity.
* Capture and track all interactions with customers on the CRM system, updating regularly and storing all the documents in personnel files.
* Understand the expectations of customers and deliver service that meets and exceeds the customer’s needs within policy guidelines. Identify and escalate issues that impact the delivery of quality service.
* Follow through on customer commitments and take responsibility to achieve results.
* Maintain the appropriate level of process knowledge, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics. Utilise all available knowledge sources, procedures, and tools available to maintain a level of professionalism.
What you’ll need to do the role:
* Must be able to demonstrate experience in a Customer Service Environment.
* Numerate and literate, with GCSEs in Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent.
* Have excellent communication skills, be flexible and friendly, with a high level of self-motivation & initiative.
* Exceedingly well organised, flexible and someone who likes to work under challenges and pressure.
* Have a strong telephone etiquette.
* Manage your time effectively in order to complete heavy workload and meet deadlines.
* CIPD is desirable but not essential.
* Experience working to agreed targets and SLAs.
