Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Oxfordshire Hours: Up to 37 hours per week Salary: £28.11 per hour An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to work within the community to support individuals in maintaining their independence, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct holistic assessments, support planning, and reviews in line with the Care Act 2014. Provide tailored advice and interventions, including equipment and home adaptations. Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and partner agencies to improve outcomes. Undertake safeguarding investigations and promote best practices in adult protection. Promote independence and self-management while considering cost-effective solutions. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Requirements: Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current HCPC registration. Experience working with vulnerable adults and knowledge of adult safeguarding principles. Strong assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
