The Role – Graduate Support Worker:
7. 1:1 and Small Group Behaviour Support
8. Deliver targeted support to individual students and small groups to address behavioural challenges and encourage positive interactions.
9. Implement tailored behaviour management plans to promote positive behaviour and address any disruptions effectively.
10. Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
11. Provide mentoring and emotional guidance to help students build resilience, enhance self-esteem, and navigate social interactions effectively.
12. Assist teachers in managing classroom dynamics and supporting students with behavioural needs during lessons and activities.
Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor: Requirements:
13. Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people and children.
14. Minimum 2:2 UK-based university degree.
15. Previous experience in a similar role supporting behaviour and/or additional learning needs is essential for consideration.
