I am seeking an experienced and dynamic New Homes Sales Consultant to join a super busy development in Hounslow, London. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. The role requires someone with strong new homes sales experience, ideally with exposure to shared ownership schemes, who can handle a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet potential buyers, providing expert advice and guidance on available properties. Conduct viewings and deliver engaging presentations to showcase the development and its benefits. Guide customers through the sales journey, including affordability checks, reservation processes, and exchange and completion. Manage inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication. Work closely with the on-site team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions using the CRM system. Ensure the sales suite and show homes are presented to a high standard. About You: Previous experience in new homes sales, with an understanding of shared ownership highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a proactive, professional, and personable approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and meet deadlines. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work every other Saturday as part of the rota. Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
