About the Role
Job Overview
1. Managing and improving core reporting processes such as Royalty and Forecast submissions
2. Producing accurate financial reports and submissions for licensors
3. Liaising with both internal teams and external licensors to ensure timely reporting
4. Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce risk
5. Working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
6. Proactively identifying and resolving reporting and forecasting issues
7. Partnering with internal teams including Buying, Design, Finance, and Legal
8. Providing financial and commercial analysis to support key business decisions
9. Maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all work
10. Ensuring all reporting processes align with licensor requirements and internal standards
Package Description
1. £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
2. Based in Liverpool Head Office
3. 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply
1. Previous experience in a Business Analyst or Commercial Finance related role
2. Strong Excel skills, with the ability to spot and correct data issues
3. A high level of attention to detail and a structured approach to reporting and forecasting
4. An analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
5. Experience improving reporting systems and spreadsheet processes
6. Ability to manage several projects at once and work independently to meet deadlines
7. Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
8. Experience working with licensors, finance teams, and commercial stakeholders
9. Good organisational habits, ensuring all reports and records are well maintained and audit-ready
10. A strong understanding of commercial processes within licensing or a related industry.
