Role Overview:This part-time role is pivotal in supporting the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across online, phone, and in-person channels. Responsibilities include lead management, compliance oversight, property promotion, and supporting the sales process while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting Sales Progressors
* Process online leads by reviewing and qualifying for the sales team.
* Serve as front-of-house coordinator, managing in-person inquiries and qualifying leads.
* Maintain and update applicant data while ensuring compliance within the CRM.
* Support new property onboarding in the CRM system.
* Coordinate office processes such as key and security management.
* Maintain front-of-house displays and general office appearance.
* Support buyers with inquiries, ensuring smooth sales progression.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, especially regarding compliance.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple inquiries across different channels.
* Background in property sales, marketing, or administration is a plus.
