The Role You'll take ownership of your section during service, producing consistently high-quality dishes and maintaining excellent food safety standards. You'll also support menu development, collaborate with senior chefs, and play a role in mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Essential Requirements:
Minimum 12 months of professional kitchen experience
Solid understanding of COSHH and chemical safety
