Job title: Lead Occupational Therapist - Maidenhead Location: Maidenhead Working Hours: Monday - Friday Start Date: ASAP Duration: Full-time Rate: £45K - £52K We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our innovative educational setting in Maidenhead. This role involves working with 122 pupils aged 4-16 years with complex needs associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Art Therapists, aligning closely with the school's objectives, ethos, and teaching practices. Responsibilities: As the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will manage your own clinical caseload and be a key player in pupil referrals and therapy service optimization. You will champion continuous professional development to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Your role includes advising families and teaching staff on pupils' development to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people. Additionally, you will provide both 1:1 and group therapy sessions for individuals and groups of pupils, and lead and oversee the therapies team as a middle leadership Occupational Therapist.
