Main duties of the job
You will support and assist Registered Nurses, medical team, and wider MDT as a member of the nursing team and under supervision perform a broad range of activities and assigned tasks as required by the patients individualised care plans.

Qualifications
* Evidence of Secondary education.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Care certificate (skills for care) In house training or prepared to undertake within agreed timescale.
* Good understanding of working in a clinical environment.
Experience
* Basic Information Technology skills. Good communication skills.
* Previous experience of working in the NHS.
