What We're Looking For 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social advertising. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms. Experience in campaign setup, bid management, and budget optimisation. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
