We are partnered with a secure public sector organisation in Manchester on the search for a Business Analyst.
The role:
In this role you will translate business needs to business capabilities and solution options that can be delivered by the Information Technology & Digital Directorate.
You will use a range of specialist Business Analysis tools and techniques to help identify and articulate the case for change whilst facilitating workshops, focus groups, interviews, and surveys to gather and define business requirements; and verify problems through performance analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
Experience Required:
* Experience delivering the business analyst functions within a project team across a wide range of projects
* Practical experience of supervision of BA teams, including external contractors and senior suppliers
* Experience of using a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques to support the successful delivery of change
* Experience of eliciting and documenting business requirements and creating work packages and plans
* Experience of identifying, quantifying, and measuring financial and nonfinancial benefits
* Proficiency in data analysis tools
Knowledge Required:
* Sound knowledge and practical application of business analysis methodologies, practical application of qualitative and quantitative tools
* Experience of monitoring of budgets
* Awareness and appreciation for the adoption of enterprise architecture
