This role forms part of the Customer Service team and will consist of processing a high level of orders per day for their largest client, along with general customer support.
This is an exciting and fast-paced role and will require great attention to detail and a calm, proactive attitude. With great potential for growth within the business, this role has everything going for it.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
1. Responding to orders raised via customer portal
2. Processing orders through company systems on time and accurately
3. Assisting customers with general queries relating to their order
4. Keeping CRM systems up to date
5. Monitoring and tracking orders for successful delivery
6. Liaising with other departments and warehouse where necessary
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
