We are working with a specialist Taxi Insurance Brokerage who are industry leaders, maintaining a customer-centric and personalised approach to their growing client base. With excellent scores on FEEFO and almost 40 years of sector-specific knowledge, they really understand their client base.
As an Insurance Advisor, your key duties will include:
1. Offering support across a wide range of Insurance products, liaising with customers regarding their adjustments, renewals, and claims.
2. Speaking with any customers who pop into the branch for a face-to-face visit.
3. Abiding by FCA regulations and ensuring work is compliant.
4. Managing the renewals process, midterm adjustments, and keeping control of your own diary.
5. Supporting the wider team objectives, making a positive input, and suggesting workflow improvements.
6. Dealing with inbound calls and making outbound calls to existing customers.
7. Liaising with Insurers via phone call and email.
What we are looking for:
1. Experience within Customer Service, ideally in an office-based environment.
2. An individual who wants to be part of a tight-knit office dynamic, where everyone gets on and enjoys work social events.
3. An ability to develop relationships with customers and build rapport.
What they offer:
1. Core hours - 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (no late hours or weekends).
2. Cert CII study support.
3. Monthly team bonus averaging GBP150.
