A look into the role As a Digital Tax Automation Manager within our Digital Tax Team, you will: Lead development and implementation of automation solutions leveraging Python, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and RPA technologies, enhancing organisational productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, designing customised digital workflows for business process improvement. Continuously update and refine automation tools to align with business requirements, ensuring compliance through audits and promoting best practices. Educate team members on Python, Power Platform and RPA technologies, staying abreast of digital automation trends to integrate innovative tools and approaches. Manage project timelines and resources effectively, addressing challenges in automation systems to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Knowing you’re right for us Joining us as a Digital Tax Automation Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is Experience in leading automation projects with RPA Solutions, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Python Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions. Understanding of core tax compliance processes. Proven leadership in motivating technical teams towards innovative solutions. Knowledge of best practices in development and coding standards.
