Data Collection Development Programme - Registration of Interest Ref. 3402
Department: Technology Roles
Location(s): Bude, Cheltenham, Scarborough
Salary: £25,856 (includes non-concessionary payment of £2,520)
GCHQ is offering an exciting opportunity to join our organisation on our Data Collection Development Programme. This 18-month programme includes a training course (classroom-based and on-the-job) to learn how to operate the systems we use to acquire data, which is crucial to our intelligence missions.
You don’t need a technical background as we’ll teach you everything you need to know. However, you’ll need Maths and English Language at GCSE grade C/level 4 or above, or an equivalent qualification. We’re looking for individuals with genuine curiosity and interest in technology, and a willingness to take that interest further.
All successful candidates will undergo a set training programme and will be based at their preferred location (Cheltenham, Bude, or Scarborough). Travel to Cheltenham and other locations will be required for some training, and GCHQ will cover any travel and subsistence costs.
