Job Description
Supporting a professional services client based in Tunbridge Wells with the introduction of a Senior HR Advisor Partner to the firm.
You will have a suite of experience ideally gained within a professional services environment to bring to the role, including:
1. Recruitment and onboarding (and exit management)
2. Employee relations
3. Performance management
4. Training & development
5. Policy & compliance
We'll also include adhoc projects to the mix!

Although there will be a flexible working pattern working to the needs of the business, we would expect the successful applicant to be based a reasonable commute from the centre of Tunbridge Wells.
