Bennett and Game have the pleasure of representing a forward-thinking Architectural Practice in Milton Keynes, who have recently started searching for a creative, enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technologist to join their ever-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist joining a practice with an exciting year ahead in terms of development.
Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility in running a team
* Liaise with clients / contractors
* Work independently as well as in a team at times
* Attend Site Visits
* Work on a range of large-scale projects within Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors
* Develop project briefs
* Work from inception to completion
* Produce high-quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
* Meet with professionals / clients to agree on a project brief
* Run single large or multiple small projects on a day-to-day basis and organise, direct and monitor the project team
* Demonstrate a passion and desire to excel and to bring that enthusiasm into the office environment
* Guide and mentor team members
Requirements:
* Living within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes
* Proficiency with either Revit or AutoCAD
* Experienced Project runner
* Able to manage a team
* Commercial or Industrial experience
* Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
* Ability to work well in a team
