Role Summary
As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be passionate about the brand and obsessed with the customer. You will oversee the creation and execution of the multichannel marketing calendar, managing everything from high-level campaign concepts to content delivery across channels. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of creating TikTok reels, crafting compelling marketing copy, or planning comprehensive seasonal marketing activities across online and offline channels.
Role Responsibilities
1. Devise, manage, and deliver seasonal marketing calendars considering brand campaigns, customer insights, and trading activities.
2. Collaborate with creative and studio teams to bring brand campaigns to life, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
3. Coordinate and deliver impactful marketing activities across web, email, social media, and POS content, working with content, e-commerce, and retail operations teams.
4. React swiftly to trade performance data to optimize ongoing marketing initiatives.
5. Work with the Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies with clear objectives and KPIs for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
6. Build a highly engaged community of brand advocates aligned with our brand DNA and values.
7. Partner with external PR agencies to devise and execute engaging PR strategies, including live events, to enhance brand visibility.
8. Inspire and develop the brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, continuous improvement, and innovation.
9. Ensure all activities are on brand, leading by example and collaborating across teams.
10. Utilize customer insights to support brand growth and connect effectively with our audience.
11. Set and monitor KPIs for marketing initiatives, continuously reviewing and refining content and strategies.
12. Align with the company's social and environmental mission, championing actions that impact sustainability and social responsibility.

* Extensive marketing experience with a flair for creative ideas and compelling copy.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a proven track record of executing marketing calendars effectively.
* Experience in translating brand DNA across channels to engage customers.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support various functions to drive trading and messaging.
* Strong project management skills from conception to execution, with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of digital platforms and building engaged social communities.
* Experience in building and leading high-performing teams with enthusiasm and innovation.
* Excellent multitasking skills, managing projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
* Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
