We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for PAT testing, fixed wire testing, wiring maintenance, and general electrical remedial work. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Coverage: Up to Luton and between Oxford to Chelmsford in addition to Central London. The main scope of works is in London but the additional areas would be as cover due to electricians in those areas but when the work load is high there could be coverage required. Key Responsibilities Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and fixed wire testing to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in commercial environments. Carry out electrical installations, lighting maintenance, and remedial work as required. Work efficiently within customer SLA’s to minimize downtime and maintain business operations. Provide a high level of service to clients, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all electrical inspections and repairs. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Requirements Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification is essential. 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing certification (desirable but not essential). Experience in PAT testing and fixed wire testing. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving license (as travel may be required). Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
