The role involves working in a busy team where customer care and customer experience are top priorities. Do you have previous experience in a busy call centre environment? Have you previously done lots of phone work?
This role focuses on providing a service rather than speaking about a product. The company is best known for winning awards and looking after their customers!

Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer and claims calls
* Carry out outbound calls to customers
* Handle customer enquiries
* Address customer complaints
