As a prominent and high profile leader within the UK Business Unit, the Head of Advisor Relations establishes and manages relationships with third party influencers such as ISG, PA Consulting, TMV, KPMG, Horizon 7, and other boutique advisory organisations. Reporting to the UK CSO Chief Sales Officer, you will be collaborating across an influential leadership team, closely engaged with the UK MD, Market Unit leaders, Group Client Partners and Business Lines and interacting with senior stakeholders and counterparts within leading analyst and advisory companies.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role and responsibilities
Aligned with Capgemini Group Advisor Relations teams, the UK Head of Advisor Relations builds valuable relationships with advisors to create a strategic UK advisor development plan across this highly influential community, turning market influencers into trusted strategic advisors, augmenting the Capgemini brand, increasing visibility of both the portfolio roadmap and the opportunity funnel for large technology and business transformation deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Influence, develop and maintain long-term relationships with Sourcing Advisors that help Capgemini UK to evolve its position in the market, drive the demand for priority portfolio offers and improve win rates for significant deals.
2. Increase awareness and understanding of our solutions and value propositions through a broad range of engagement opportunities that drive knowledge-sharing between Capgemini and vital audiences including but not limited to: events, roundtables, surveys and knowledge-sharing engagements, active social media contributions and promotion of sourcing industry awards.
3. Enable Sales growth by tracking advisor influence on strategic deals, exchanging industry, market and in-flight insights to support our qualification processes and ensure Capgemini is strongly positioned in each pursuit.
4. Develop Sales culture by providing an independent real-world feedback loop, refining the local marketing and sales messaging, and helping to coach the Sales function with market-relevant insights and tools.
5. Deliver Results: be driven by our business-goals, providing timely insights and connections to support must-win deals, industry growth campaigns and go to market big bets.
6. Support the Group AR function with local analyst coverage, leveraging research, marketing communications and accessing custom marketing insights and research to support our growth.
Your background
Sales mindset: Extensive experience in account management, business development and strategic relationship management.
Emotional Intelligence: Strong influencing, networking and relationship skills and an established network of sourcing advisors across Big Four management consultancies, global sourcing firms, boutiques and the UK network of independent advisors.
Passion: Demonstrable enthusiasm for developing diverse relationships and creative ways to accelerate Go To Market, with a proven ability to motivate cross-functional stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of digital technology transformation programs in large enterprises. Knowledge and experience of complex RFP programs, price benchmarking, and strong familiarity with modern digital technologies including enterprise public cloud, cloud data platforms and AI.
