We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK and we provide software solutions in a consultative environment The Defence area forms one of our four Business Streams within IIG. With new projects set to commence in 2025, we are looking to appoint an experienced Agile PM / Scrum Master to join the team. The Role: As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to build on our existing presence in the MoD and related organisations. This role will be focussed on the delivery of a number of high priority projects with the MoD. As an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for high level planning, project deliverables and ensuring high quality levels are maintained from both a project and people perspective. Reporting into the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for understanding the customers priorities and their technical challenges. You will also work closely with the rest of the Defence Management Team to ensure we fully realise the project deliverables and meet the customers expectations. Responsibilities will include: Project Managing a number of in-flight projects, responsible for tracking, reporting, and managing risk, issues and budgets to enable successful project delivery. Ensuring the team lives agile values and principles. Facilitating meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Leading delivery from a position of influence, often taking a servant-leadership stance. Managing relationships with key bu siness stakeholders, resolving escalations as required Clearing obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective. Addressing team dynamics, ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team. Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions. Due to the nature of the work, this role will be based 5 days per week from customer site. For our current requirement, we are looking for someone with: Experience supporting projects with Defence / MOD organisations. Experience managing software based projects in an agile delivery environment. Understanding of Agile principles, able to lead Agile ceremonies Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to handle difficult situations and resolve conflict. Ability to build and maintain high performing teams. Due to the industries we work in, we require the successful can didate to be able to obtain high level security clearance.
