You’ll play a hands-on role in selling homes, guiding buyers through the process, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities Sales Process & Client Management • Manage the end-to-end sales journey from enquiry to offer acceptance • Conduct viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and vendors • Negotiate offers to achieve successful outcomes for all parties • Hand over agreed sales to our Sales Progression team for completion • Support and advise buyers on the Birmingham property market and lifestyle Local Market Expertise • Stay informed on market trends and developments in the city centre • Understand the nuances of leasehold sales and advise clients accordingly • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and viewings Collaboration • Work closely with the Sales Progression and Lettings teams to ensure a smooth customer journey • Support wider business objectives and departmental KPIs • Assist during quieter periods in other departments where needed They are looking for someone with a strong background in property sales — especially leasehold — and a natural ability to connect with people.
