Join our client's team as a Technical Application Support specialist and bring your expertise in the Microsoft Stack, including .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Citrix-delivered applications. This role is central to our client's IT operations, emphasizing collaboration across internal teams and with key external suppliers to deliver exceptional service and effective solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Provide top-notch support with a focus on web-based technologies and application lifecycle management.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to coordinate changes and implement timely resolutions.
* Incident Management: Be a key player in major incident response processes, supporting system stability and swift recovery.
* System Maintenance: Enhance application performance and uptime through strategic updates and security measures.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 5-6 years in application support with a strong focus on web-based and Microsoft technologies.
* Technical Skills: Proficient with Windows Server OS, ASP.NET (IIS, HTML, Web Services), .NET (C#, VB.NET), REST APIs, MS SQL Server, and Azure.
* Familiarity with Citrix delivery solutions and MS Office applications.
* Soft Skills: Excellent documentation, relationship management, and multitasking skills.
