As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic and hands-on recruitment process, thriving in a KPI-driven environment. We are seeking individuals who are not only experienced but are also eager to expand their knowledge, think creatively, and excel under pressure.
Main Duties
1. Managing temporary staffing and permanent/contract vacancies
2. Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing relationships with existing and prospective clients (including networking with flexible employees)
3. Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee databases
4. Attend marketing fairs and clients visits
5. Work to the Company KPI targets
6. Managing an ongoing candidate pool via job boards and social media
7. Screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible employees in line with Company Procedures
8. Proactively match and place flexible employees to client bookings
9. Liaising with internal and external departments
10. Able to be on 24/7 emergency call
11. Carry out other duties as required by management
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
1. Previous experience in Recruitment or Sales
2. Previous experience in managing staff
3. Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing individual
4. Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to multitask
5. Good level of Education
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
7. Clean valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
