What you’ll do:
1. Coordinate the bid process from pursuit planning to tender response and handover to operations.
2. Write tailored bid responses to a high standard, collaborating with stakeholders across functions.
3. Develop winning strategies and value propositions with sales teams and subject matter experts (SMEs).
4. Work closely with the SoCreative team to produce visually engaging and client-specific submissions.
5. Maintain a high-quality bid library and manage administrative tasks such as client portals and governance.
What you bring:
1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in bid management and APMP Foundation certification (desirable).
2. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across all levels.
3. Excellent written English, creativity, and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in MS Word, Teams, and PowerPoint; knowledge of AI-driven tools is a plus.
5. Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for producing market-leading outcomes.
6. Experience in target sectors such as Media, Tech, Finance, or FMCG.
7. Knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), including Food, Soft FM, and Hard FM services.
