Aftersales Contact Advisor - Hedge End
Basic Salary: £22,000 - OTE: £31,000 (uncapped) - Over Performance Opportunity available - Full Training Provided

Our client, a car dealer group head office based in Hedge End, has the requirement for a Contact Centre Executive to join their high performing team. Previous Contact Centre experience is not required as full training is provided. This role will suit anyone with an outgoing personality, an excellent telephone manner, the drive to achieve and outperform targets, and a stable career history.
Responsibilities
1. Taking "warm" calls from existing customers
2. Securing bookings for Servicing, Repairs & MOTs
3. Outbound calling to customers for retention and feedback of service
4. Being knowledgeable about the services available
5. Maximising every opportunity
6. Delivering the very highest levels of customer service
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
1. Excellent Telephone Manner
2. Outgoing personality
3. Drive to achieve and outperform targets
4. Stable employment history

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
