Key Responsibilities: To ensure the customer experience is the best it can be Every Customer is pleasantly acknowledged immediately upon entering the showroom. Recording details of customers/visitors and ensuring messages/requests communicated efficiently and speedily to the appropriate person /department. Ensuring all Sales enquiries are accurately and promptly recorded in the internal Agnew systems. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that all customers or visitor are being dealt with promptly and professionally. To assist with efficiently operating the company switchboard and keeping an accurate record of all messages, ensuring they are passed on promptly to the appropriate person. Efficient running of the coffee dock including serving customers, cleaning duties, ordering and replenishment of stock and ensuring the customer experience is of the highest standard during their visit in our showrooms. Building relationships with customers and visitors including internal staff and management. Maintaining order and cleanliness in all customer areas including the function/availability of equipment. To bring any problems or situations which affect the smooth running of the dealership immediately to the attention of management or showroom supervisor. To maintain good working relationships with management and colleagues to facilitate the achievement of the companys goals. To ensure the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times, as dictated by company standards. Any other duties that may be required as directed by the Manager. Take an active part in upholding the Companys Health and Safety Policy as set out in the Company Handbook. Criteria: 1 years experience dealing directly with customers in a retail, restaurant or hotel environment. Educated to a GCSE level or equivalent with minimum grade C in Maths and English. Previous telephony/switchboard experience would be advantageous. Be a confident, well-presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Have a genuine passion for service excellence. Previous experience of serving food and/or coffee would be advantageous. Must have a flexible approach in regards to working hours and days of the week within a small team.
