As the Early Careers Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the strategy and success of our trainee dental nurse programs. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing the recruitment, management, and development of trainee dental nurses, ensuring we foster a diverse and inclusive pipeline of individuals at the beginning of their professional journeys. Your efforts will be at the heart of designing and implementing strategies to identify, recruit, train, retain, and support emerging dental talent at PortmanDentex.
This position is available for 32 hours per week either remote or hybrid.

3. Capability to offer advice, guidance, constructively challenge, and recommendations to facilitate process improvement, best practices, and performance enhancement.
4. Demonstrated skill in influencing at a management level with a commercial mindset to understand and address the business needs and priorities.
